Placing Your Order

To place an order, you must be 18 years of age or over, and have a valid email address and dental license number.
 
You may place an order by following the check-out process on the Web Site after logging in or creating your account.
 
OraBio only accepts credit card payments via website orders.
 
When you place your order, OraBio will issue you an Order Number via the Web Site. 
 
If OraBio accepts your order, OraBio will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. OraBio will send your order confirmation by e-mail and this will be effective as of the date on which the order confirmation is sent to you. If OraBio cannot accept your order, OraBio will attempt to contact you by email or telephone.
 
Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Prices shall be those prices published on this Web Site at the time you submit your order. The prices published on the Web Site do not include sales tax or shipping and handling costs. These costs will be calculated separately as applicable and specified on the order then added to the total price of the order. The total price stated on the order you submit shall be the total amount payable by you for the products including all taxes, handling and shipping charges.

 

Payment Options

OraBio accepts all major credit cards for payment. All sales are in US dollars. When paying by credit card, you must supply your credit card details when you create your account. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment of your Products. OraBio will not process an order until your credit card issuer has authorized the use of your card for payment of the Products ordered. If OraBio does not receive such an authorization OraBio will contact you.
 
Shipping
Orders placed on this site can only be delivered in the United States of America.
 
OraBio will deliver the Products to the delivery address you specified on the order. All orders placed and accepted before 1:00 CST will be shipped the same day. All orders after 1:00 CST will be shipped the following day. Orders will be delivered within two 2-business days via FedEx Ground. Tracking information can be found within your account on the OraBio website corresponding to each order.

In the event you order various Products to be delivered to different addresses, you will need to submit a separate order for each delivery address.

When Products have been delivered to the carrier OraBio will send you confirmation of shipment by e-mail.
 
Returns

OraBio offers a 100% money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with any Periovance products. Credit requests must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery.
